Arezzo, 15th March 1926: the company is founded by Carlo Zucchi and Leopoldo Gori, the two founding fathers of the first jewellery manufacturing company in the city of Arezzo. On April 2nd 1934 they receive the first official hallmark of the province, 1AR, which in turn evolves into the name of the company: Uno A Erre Italia Spa.

In the following years, succeeding generations of goldsmiths, technicians, designers and artists have developed the company into one that is unique within its industry in the world today.
